Our sides of beef are hung for a minimum of 14 days. This process of hanging allows some of the actions of aging to begin. This period will increase tenderness and flavor for many of the cuts. Our beef is portioned for two persons per bag.

Freezer Space: Requires around 300 litres of freezer space to store.
You are able to customise your cuts and portions. Able to be spilt into each side if you are sharing. Please allow for 4 weeks processing time. Once you pay your deposit will arrange for a cut-form. For more information, please email us.
Orders are processed by Bones Knob Butchery, Tolga. Your order will be packaged and frozen and either delivered or available for collection from our farm in Malanda. Our meat is transported and stored in accordance with Safe Food Production Queensland practices.
