Approx. Yield ≈ 100 – 110kg per side.Our sides of beef are hung for a minimum of 14 days. This process of hanging allows some of the actions of aging to begin. This period will increase tenderness and flavor for many of the cuts. Our beef is portioned for two persons per bag.
