We include all the favourite slow-cooker cuts like ossobuco, shin off the bone, y-bone and short rib finished off with our signature mince, diced beef and sausages. Our choice of cuts may sometime vary due to availability and we may substitute a particular cut for another. Cooking Tips

Next, heat the barbecue or pan with beef tallow or a high-smoke-point oil. Sear the steak to achieve a nice crust.
