At Tablelands Farm to Fork, we understand the importance of flexibility. We offer complete cutomisation from nose to tail and all the cuts in the middle.
We charge a flat rate of $18 per kilogram for dressed weight, also referred to as hanging weight. This weight excludes the hide, head, hooves, and stomach contents.
Once your order has been received, we require 5 weeks for processing, which includes ageing, packing and delivery. We will contact you to discuss your order prior to processing to work out the expected weights you require.
A typical side of beef yields approximately 150kg x $18/kg dressed weight which equals $2700 per half a steer.
Smaller sides are available and prices can range from $2200 to $2700.
