Our 15kg box is packed with all our favourite cuts of beef. We carefully select a selection of our 21-day aged steaks, roasts, slow-cooker cuts, plus our signature mince and sausages. Our boxes consist of steaks, including ribeye, porterhouse, rump and BBQ steak. We include all the favourite slow-cooker cuts like ossobuco, shin off the bone, y-bone and short rib finished off with our signature mince, diced beef and sausages.

Our choice of cuts may sometime vary due to availability and we may substitute a particular cut for another. We will always try to select a cut of the same quality. e.g. Y-bone for Ossobuco, Short Rib for Ribeye.
