We source our beef proudly from our two farms and a network of local farmers committed to sustainable practices.
Our two farms are located in Malanda, in the heart of the Atherton Tablelands. We raise Angus, Charbray, and Droughtmaster cross cattle on multispecies pastures rich in legumes and clover. We do not feed any grain or corn. Our steers are raised to approximately 550 kg, with a focus on fat cover, condition, temperament, and health. Our cattle are never vaccinated or given hormones, growth stimulants, or any other harmful supplements. We also source from other local regenerative farms on the Tablelands that adopt our same practices.

Our animals are processed at Rocky Creek Abattoir and then finished in butcher shop.
We take great pride in our partnership with Rocky Creek Abattoir, a family-owned, local facility renowned for its cutting-edge operations that surpass industry standards. Our beef is carefully harvested and aged for at least 21 days, ensuring exceptional flavour and tenderness before it returns to our butcher shop for finishing and packaging. Our skilled butcher masterfully tailors each cut to achieve perfection. Each portion is thoughtfully packaged for two and frozen, guaranteeing freshness and convenience for delivery.

We offer both farm to door and market collections in Gordonvale and Mareeba
