If you’re outside this area, we can arrange delivery to Townsville, Thursday Island, Weipa and more through local transport companies.

Cooking Tips
To cook a great steak, allow it to come to room temperature. Pat it dry and season it.
Next, heat the barbecue or pan with beef tallow or a high-smoke-point oil. Sear the steak to achieve a nice crust.
Towards the end of cooking, you can be adventurous and baste the steak with butter, garlic, and herbs.
Finally, let the steak rest before slicing to ensure juicy results.
